  *Car price + and Our Flat fee + Freight cost to the nearest port where the ship goes to your country. That is all you need in Japan side.
  
  *All you need is to check the regulation in your country, check the TAX, and handling fee of Custom Clearance in your country (Ask your local agency).
  Import Licensing and All Other Legislative Obligations to Export: Must be carried by the Importer.
  
  The car directly go to the port for shipping(RO&RO ONLY).No quality checks will be made, no claims can be accepted.

  FOB (Free On Board), our Flat Fee charges include: auction purchasing fees, inland transport charges to bring cars to shipping port, storage fees until shipment (up to 30 days) in 24 hours secured yard, customs clearance, charges to get cars on board, documentation & custom clearance charges etc. Note: Ocean Freight charge is not included in FOB charges.
  * Payment : Please be noticed that you should read the payment method very carefully. Ordinary - Bank Telegraphic Transfer remittance is to be made within 4 days of working days after the purchase of the car and copy of bank receipt that guarantee your T/T must be required to be sent to us by Fax or e-mail attachment. . Quick - Bank Telegraphic Transfer remittance is to be made within 2 working days after the purchase of the car and copy of bank receipt that guarantee your T/T must be sent to us by Fax or e-mail attachment. Please be advised that buyers are required to pay your final amount of the payment within ４ days including the auction  day after your bid is successful.If the final amount has not been paid within 4 working days, cancellation clause will be raised and YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

  
  

  Above FOB charges are applied to "Ro-Ro" shipment. For a container shipment, additional charges are required, such as: THC(Terminal Handling Charge), Dray charge, lashing & bundling and frame charges (JPY 25,000 - JPY 40,000/car) will be added on to the above Flat Fee.

  *Members who purchase cars in bulk more than 30 cars at once or in a month should welcome to come to Japan to purchase cars directly from auctions nearby our city. We arrange your accommodation and fully assist your purchase. Accommodation charge up to 7 days (one person) and traffic expense to visit auctions will be paid by Auto Trading Rock Co.,Ltd. • Deposit members who purchase cars in bulk on monthly base can ask your own auction ID and Pass to see auctions information directly such as ASNET or I-Auc

• Exceptional clause:

1. In case you would like to bid a car from Sapporo in Hokkaido or Fukuoka, in Kyushu, southern part of Japan, and your departure port is, for example, Osaka/Kobe, or Yokohama your inland delivery cost will slightly increase. Please contact details if you face this case. You should check the departure port before bidding. Click Here
   
2. Auction Bidding Charge (every time you bid, the auction place will charge us)If you failed for bidding, you are charged 1,000 Yen for each failed bid so that you must check the recent market price before you set budget. The charges will be deducted from your balance.
3. Price of car exceeding more than 1,000,000 Yen required 5% of additional charges onto its exceeding amount. If your succeeded car price is, for example, 1,500,000 yen at the Auctions or from One Price, your cost will be the following:
   
   1,500,000 - 1,000,000 = 500,000 yen (exceeded amount)
   500,000 yen x 5% = 25,000 yen for additional cost
   
   Total Cost would be (if you are personal member/ buy one car):
   1,500,000 yen + 100,000 yen (Flat Fee/ FOB charge) + 25,000 yen = 1,625,000 yen
   your payment would be for 1,625,000 yen in Total

 This charge will be applied for vehicles which are stored in our yard or the port over a prolonged period for customer's reasons.

• AUCTIONDIRECTJAPAN FEE is changed for damaged/ larger cars and Shipment for a Container.
• The standard agency fee applies to RORO transportation. In the case of transport by container you will be requested to pay an extra fee of up to JPY 40,000. Ask to our staff..
• Fee option may be different for some special shipping methods or customers shipping to certain countries.
• Optional service of car check-up or oil change before shipping is available for additional charge. Please ask our staff for the service.

 Amount of Freight Charges and Insurance are displayed on your invoice at "My Account". The shipping fee and Insurance will be charged separately. It is automatically determined by shipping rates given to us by our shipping companies. Marine insurance requires an additional 10,000 YEN on the top of your ocean freight if your term is CIF.

    Vehicles will not be shipped until receipt of payment is confirmed by our office. Please make sure for the time lag (it will take three to 7 days or even more) of international fund transfers from your country to Japan.

REGULAR MEMBERS can only browse auction lists while DEPOSITED MEMBERS get photos/details, can see the recent market price and can bid on auction cars.


• STEP 1 - SUBMIT A DEPOSIT
  AuctionDirectJapan must receive a deposit from you before we can let you bid.
• STEP 2 - NOTIFY US THAT YOU WANT TO BID
  You can fill out your highest set amount online form or fax or email us.

The deposit must be AT LEAST 100,000 YEN.

Deposit for One Price/Stock Cars
    There are two ways you can purchase cars from One Price/Stock Cars.

1. Become deposit member (deposit 30% of total car price):
   We will purchase cars immediately after your purchase request arrived and the rest of payment must be sent within two days (Quick Pay). The copy of bank receipt that guarantees your T/T must be sent to us by Fax or e-mail attachment immediately.
2. No deposit members for One Price/Stock Cars:
   You can still purchase car(s) from One Price/Stock cars but you must deposit 100% Charges to purchase car(s). In this case, we will purchase the car for you after your payment arrived. Please send the copy of bank receipt that guarantee your T/T must be sent to us by Fax or e-mail attachment immediately.

The deposit is refundable anytime. However, customers must pay all bank fees.If the deposit is made by credit card, the deposit will not be refundable until 1 month after the payment date. There will be additional a 3% charge plus normal bank transaction fees to process the refund. The 3% refund fee and 1 month holding period are only for deposit made by credit card.

A 100,000 YEN deposit is only for 1 purchase. If the customer wants to make 2 purchases, 2 deposits are required. However, with 1 deposit, the customer can make unlimited bids (but 1,000 Yen will be charged by Auction House for each failed bid) until the customer wins the bid and only 1 purchase will be allowed. In this case, the first successful bid will be purchased.

Translation for Auction Sheet is available upon your request for 1,000 Yen on each Auction Sheet and will be charged to your balance.

Payment is accepted by TT, and online credit card payment.
