Major trade vehicle auctions across Japan are directly linked to AuctionDirectJapan.com online. You can access full data (vehicle specifications, auction sheets, photographs) on every vehicle for being sold at each auction live. Using our system allows you to bid and purchase.

1. You become a Member of AuctionDirectjapan.com by filling out the registration form, from which we can get all necessary information for shipping arrangement
2. After registration, you will receive your password and identification codes to access the various auctions and One Price/Stock Cars to see car lists and its detail.
3. Deposit-customers can see Recent Market Price (Past Won Bid). ). Deposit will be made by Credit card, PayPal,Western Union or T/T form and pay before place the Bid or Purchase button.

     DEPOSITED MEMBERS - can see the Recent Market Price and can bid on Auction and purchase from One Price/Stock Cars cars
     • STEP 1 - SUBMIT A DEPOSIT
       AuctionDirectJapan must receive a deposit from you before we can let you bid.
     • STEP 2 - NOTIFY US THAT YOU WANT TO BID
       You can fill out your highest set amount online form or fax or email us.

     The deposit must be AT LEAST 100,000 YEN.

     The deposit is refundable anytime. However, customers must pay all bank fees.If the deposit is made by credit card, the deposit will not be refundable until 1 month after the payment date. There will be additional a 3% charge plus normal bank transaction fees to process the refund. The 3% refund fee and 1 month holding period are only for deposit made by credit card.

     A 100,000 YEN deposit is only for 1 purchase. If the customer wants to make 2 purchases,2 deposits are required. However, with 1 deposit, the customer can make unlimited bids unless the customer wins the bid, BUT customer has to pay 1,000 Yen on each unsuccessful bid and only 1 purchase will be allowed. In this case, the first successful bid will be purchased.

     Payment is accepted by TT, PayPal and online credit card payment.

4. When you make a successful bid (won the bid), you are notified by e-mail and faxed an invoice. And also you will see the result at "My Account".
5. Upon confirmation of receipt of your payment, we will arrange all the necessary work and various export procedures for your vehicle to the port of your choice and send B/L ( it is needed when you pick up the cars from the port in your country) to you by FedEx/ DHL or EMS.

1. Provide you with the auction data such as recent market price and all information of cars being sold in auctions.
2. After you check the auction details such as auction sheet and grade, etc to ensure that vehicles will meet your expectations.
   You must make your decision with your discretion and we have no responsibility for your decision.
   
   * Translation for Auction Sheet is available upon your request for 1,000 Yen each Auction Sheet and will be charged to your balance.
   
   
3. After you succeed in bid in Auction or purchased cars from One Price/Stock Cars and paid the rest of payment, we will handle all necessary procedure for shipping your car.

            Please note we are an EXPORT COMPANY. We handle shipping and loading to the ship. After that, you will need to arrange to receive your vehicle either by yourself or in consultation with a local import agent.

1. Investigate your local regulations for vehicle importation into your country including taxes and fees.
   Import Licensing and All Other Legislative Obligations to Export: Must be carried by the Importer.
2. Become a member. You can make a registration after you read and agreed General Terms and Auction User Agreement.
3. Forward deposit and prepare for prompt payment as specified in the Auction User Agreement.

    Every Auction Cars has Starting Price.
For instance, if the starting price is 350,000Yen, minimum bid you can bid is 350,000Yen. You can bid by filling the amount you bid and put "BID BUTTON".
* If there is no starting price then your bid can be as low as you choose. But you should check the Recent Market Price (past won bid) before making a decision. The higher price you bid on, the more opportunities you can get.

    From "One Price/Stock Cars" you can purchase cars by fixed price before they go to auction. There is no negotiation accepted. All the process is the same as Auctions. Please be noted that even if you place the purchase button, we cannot guarantee 100% you can buy car(s), because One Price/Stock Cars is on a first-come-first-served basis. If somebody place an order faster than you (we), we cannot get the car(s) and try to purchase another car(s).

    There are two ways you can purchase cars from One Price/Stock Cars.

1. Become deposit member (deposit 30% of total car price):
   We will purchase cars immediately after your purchase request arrived and the rest of payment must be sent within two days (Quick Pay). The copy of bank receipt that guarantees your T/T must be sent to us by Fax or e-mail attachment immediately.
2. No deposit members for One Price/Stock Cars:
   You can still purchase car(s) from One Price/Stock cars but you must deposit 100% Charges to purchase car(s). In this case, we will purchase the car for you after your payment arrived. Please send the copy of bank receipt that guarantee your T/T must be sent to us by Fax or e-mail attachment immediately.

    When you really want to get a car, go to "One Price/Stock Cars" from which you can purchase fixed price. Its price may be higher than auctions bid but not much.

    Some auctions start early morning so that you should check the auction after midnight in Japan time and so that Bids should be submitted in the early morning and must be submitted by no later than 10AM Japan time on the day of the auction. Please make sure the Japanese local time. You can see Japanese local time at the footer of our website.

    The schedule for bidding time is set one day before Auto Auctions are held. Therefore, the bidding time may change depending on progress circumstance during the auction day. The display data is subject to change by every situation. Please have some spare time to bid on that day of Auction.

    To assist you in determining a realistic bid for a vehicle there is a Recent Market Price which gives you information about the past won bid price of similar vehicles that have sold over the last two months at auctions.


   When bidding on a specific vehicle the auction data will usually specify a starting price meaning bidding cannot start under this price. This is the minimum bid price.
If there is no starting price then your bid can be as low as you choose.

    When you see the result for "Not Sold”, that means that no body reaches the set amount of minimum price that the seller want to sell. Once the bids reach this price the car is for sale and will be sold to the highest bidder.

    Full results are available on the website soon after the auction is finished. Some auctions continue after midnight. Results will be available after 10am on the next day.

NOTE: We are vehicle EXPORTERS only. We do not handle importation into your country. This can be done by yourself or in consultation with a local import agent

1. Payment to Auction House
   We pay all costs associated with purchasing a vehicle at auction, including the auction fee.
   
   
2. Transport to Port
   We arrange transportation of the vehicle/s from the auction house to the Port. The cost of this transport is included in OUR FEE.
   
   Note: For very large vehicles there may be additional transport and customs fees. (See Pricing Structures).
   
   
3. Storage
   We store the vehicle/s in a secure site at the Port until shipment. This is done free of charge for up to 1 month.
   
   
4. Deregistration
   We arrange and undertake all necessary work such us deregistration of the cars and all documentation work.
   
   
5. Customs Documentation
   All necessary documents for export are provided by us to the Japanese Customs Authority.
   
   
6. Shipping
   We arrange the shipment of your vehicle to the Port you specify in the "Registration Form" or "Auction Request Form" (Order Form) with proper way available.
   We schedule shipment, prepare and arrange for loading. (See Shipping Information for more details).

   The term of payment is FOB basis; then customers have to be responsible for all the risk after the shipment. Therefore, we recommend you insure all the vehicles you purchased to avoid having problems in case you are involved in the terrible accidents.
   Marine insurance requires an additional 10,000 YEN on the top of your ocean freight and we will do it upon your request.

7. Provision of Documents Required for Import and Ownership
   Once a vehicle is shipped we forward you all the documents which you need for the Custom Clearance in your country and proof of ownership e.g. B/L (Bill of Lading), invoice, and Japanese De-Registration Certificate. If available we also provide service books which are sent under separate cover.
